Rowing and Sailing Club "De Amstel"

Roei- en Zeilvereniging De Amstel has been one of the largest rowing and sailing clubs in our country since 1874. Our club building is located at "de Kom" on Hobbemakade in Amsterdam at a junction of four waterways in direct connection with the river Amstel and the canals of Amsterdam. We have the most beautiful terrace in Amsterdam, where you can enjoy a drink or a snack after exercising, provided in a pleasant and professional manner by our catering manager. Everyone is welcome youth and adults; if you want to start rowing, as a more experienced (competitive) rower, as a tour rower, but also as a sailor. After all, we are a ROEI and Sailing Association.
